I was just (for no apparent reason) stood by my computer with my leg over the back of a dining chair chair and foot resting on the chair,.

Having then attempted to move, I managed to put said foot down without moving my body far enough from said chair, thus resulting in bringing my groin down on the back of said dining chair.

It really fucking hurt.
