I'm going to a glitzy party in a month or so - theme is The Beautiful And Damed (you know, F Scot Fitzgerald era… great book btw)…
I've got a very cool 30s full length evening dress already however need to find a 2nd hand white fur coat, as well as various old war medals etc… (I want to go as a Baroness and I also need help in dressing my Baron / medalling him up).

Where the hell are the cool vintage clothing shops in London these days? I have no idea and everything kind of retro around Brick Lane is like, stupid prices.

I'm terrible at that stuff (hate the smell of 2nd hand places… and generally have no patience to trawl but I have a specific objective in mind and that's to find clothing from that period).

HELP PLEASE - can you share any info you have?
