In desperate want of something to do tonight, i've agreed to go as my friends date to a party. Which would be ok in itself, but i know that this guy really likes me and quite frequently rings me up drunk to tell me he loves me. And it's all rather one sided. Buti don't know if he knows this and now i'm afraid that by agreeing to be his 'date' he'll get the wrong idea.

I could say something to him, but the it might make things really awkward and we'll both have a shit night, I could say nothing then there be awful embarassed confusion. Or i could not go, which i don't want to do because i've already told him i will and i don't want to stay in on my own tonight.

If anyone has anything to contribute it would be greatly appreciated.
