it happened to me about 6 months ago and followed up with a huge migraine.

i had the eye thing yesterday. starts off not being able to see things you're looking directly at, then you see white rods of light which slowly move to the outside of your vision where they go a bit multi coloured. fortunately i didn't have a migraine after.

however i had it again today. should i be worried? what is it?
