i have a dream that i can put my politics degree to good use by opening a bar cafe type thing somewhere

i'm sure it's pretty much impossible these days (CREDIT CRUNCH..people don't leave the house anymore and buy all their conversation from Tesco and the internet etc etc)...but what are your thoughts advice, warnings etc etc.

if it helps, it would be amazing, i can tell you that. my inspiration at the moment is central perk...y'know...lots of kooky decoration...nice big puffy muffins...shit like that.
