I do this. What are the most positive outcomes of it? I don't even know why I do it really. But I want to.
yeah, i've starting doing it morning and nightly. I dunno why I do it really - I found a stopwatch option on my iPod and want to prove its worth. Also running is my third favourite thing to do while listening to music, NESTORFAKT.
