I'm going for a run. About 4 miles.
me too! Also 4 miles!
I'm about 30 mins.
the same? I never actually time though so not too sure!
And then do the weight things like I know what I'm doing
*checks google maps*
3 miles, apparently. Weird. No way is that much?
I can do up to 10 miles. Paula Radcliffe runs marathons.
i've been doing it once or twice a day. And I get tired out and stuff, but I thought it was about half that distance. I'm going with it's wrong.
But I did some workout this morning! 30 min on my bike. Im starting slowly. ITS ABOUT TIME
it's 4.25 miles, according to http://www.walkjogrun.net/
and watch TV.
to a bbq & then back afterwards if that counts?
But I have to go up the loft first.
then some weights afterwards. Swam for an hour and a bit at the lido last night. I love exercise.
its dead good.
The operation timed out when attempting to contact www.walkjogrun.net
we broke it by all going on at once!
I have two, 30-minute five-a-side matches. I guess that this works out as the equivalent of about eight miles.
so I won't be this evening.
Took 27 minutes and 46 seconds. Beat that.
30 mins tonight, in prep for nine miles at the weekend. Ouch.
Is 22 mins 26 seconds back in 2004. I just had to find the results on the internet.
My route is about 4.2 miles but it includes running up the hill to Highgate which is one bastard of a hill. I did a 10k last year in just over 42 minutes which is OK I suppose.
Can't wait to get crippling leg cramps halfway through a length again and nearly drown.
I may run for the bus! 20 metres? 15? A long way anyway!
Or I may do some yoga.
People who run: going to be in back pain in their 60s. Eeejits.
I know people who run well past their 60s. Gordon Burns for one. I even know a guy in 70s who still does marathons.
sticking to it
i went on monday and quite enjyoed it.i did some weights last night.i want to get trim!
