he's no Colbert though
but he's grown on me. or at least his show has.
but the audience are the worst sort of pseudo right-on "BLIAR" douchebags who hoot with knowing smugness at every obvious joke. It's like Question Time for kegmeisters
and is only one of the reasons why i will always prefer letterman to stewart.
i used to really like watching it, despite finding him a smarmy, dull buffoon. But he sure can hold together a chatshow
i think it just always caught me at the right time. That middle of the night lull in my unemployed hermit life needed a bit of USA brand professionalism
stewart's been on letterman a few times as well, and they're basically my favourites (letterman is the greatest), so that's been all sorts of brilliant.
he was just averagely funny instead of very funny.
that doesn't really matter, unless you were planning on marrying him and making him commentate humorously on political events...
now listen to him say the opposite thing two weeks ago UH-OH!
....i don't think you get it. :(
But I find if I watch The Daily Show too much it gets a bit hackneyed and I need a break for a bit. He's a clever man though, and some of the discussions he has with guests show it's not ALL writers.
the guitarist out of sleeper.
i'm so out of touch.
They're probably quite funny
i'm pretty racist against americans. just not the good ones.
i like watching the daily show its fun
