support guy: "Oh right, hang on a sec"
[2 mins of hold]
"Your account has been deleted"
me: ".... why?"
support guy: "let me check"
[another 2-3 mins hold]
"err, I'm not sure"
me: "okay, can you get it back please?"
support guy: "I don't know".
me: "how can you not know?"
support guy: "Its not my area"
This went on for while, but basically I've now lost all my work and emails, because they thought I'd left. Fucking brilliant.
