football season starts tonight!

Washington Redskins vs NY Giants

for me, pre-season is about as interesting as taking a bath in Uckfield, but this year has seen some good bits, the funniest being Favre resorting to type and deciding that he doesn't want to retire after all, then leaving the Packers for the Jets.

as a Dolphins fan we'll get to see them first on Sunday. good to see we now have three below average QBs - if we can get them all on the field at once we stand a chance. *Maybe* Chad Pennington, released by the Jets in the off-season, could do it, but he's a Grossman-type figure who could be difficult to predict.

Vikings vs Packers - a good ol' fashioned North-East-freeze-your-knackers-off-OFF
Jaguars vs Titans - big game in the best division in the league, AFC South
Bears vs Colts - rematch of '06 superbowl.
