I'm interested in your thoughts on this. My step-sister has just been given a job straight out of university (working for some oil-related firm in Aberdeen, she's being flown up after this weekend to start) by a friend of my dads. Its apparently very well paid.

Would you accept a job on a plate like that? DO you tihnk that nepotism is justified depending upon the type of industy? Or do you think that there is integrity in aiming for something you want to do and working your way towards it on your own and (hopefully) achieving it through your own hard work?
