has anyone ever tried this?
i had some at a chinese last night. it was cut into cubes and looked a bit like lard. anyway, when i first saw it i was in awe, but then it tasted like shit. like if a bounty had no chocolate and the fluffy middle wasnt fluffy but greasy and fatty and lukewarm. and instead of tasting like coconut it just tasted like white opaque skin that was considering tasting like coconut but was still a bit unsure about the whole thing.
any other recent culinary dissapointments?
