it was a pretty awkward 10 minutes. She sat next to me, and said "excuse me, but do you believe in God?"

I started laughing and said "i don't DiSbelieve in God, shall we say" Then she started asking me if I've ever lusted over a woman or lied or used the lords name in vain. Then she asked me if i thought i was going to Heaven or Hell. I told her i didn't believe in either, then i began to talk about other religions and how Christianity came about... After a bit she stopped me and said that my intellect was holding me back and all these things i know about religion are not the truth of God, and i should only listen to the Bible. Then i told her the Bible wasn't originally written in English and her "truth of God" has probably been lost in translation to some extent over the centuries. Then it was my stop and got off. She didn't seem impressed.

I really didn't want to piss her off or object to her views but when people start questioning how i live my life and implying that i'm bad person that annoys the fuck out of me.

Has something similar happened to anyone on here? What did you do?
