Anyone else experienced this? What did you do? My wee bro is some 400 miles away and is apparently derailing in a fairly serious way. My older bro was supposed to have a word today so i'll see what's going on later...

He's gone slightly off the rails on a few occasions but when i've chatted to him about it he's always said how he knows he's made mistakes etc. and it won't happen again etc. This time it seems a little more serious though...
