How do you feel about them? Can you actually say that you truly love them like your parents and siblings?

I have a cousin visiting from Australia who I must only see once every 5 years for one day at a time and I really can't be arsed with the inconvenience of it all. I've taken him out in the past and everytime it's been a monster effort on my part as I'm asked to go out and entertain a virtual stranger. Am I just being a unsocialable shit?
