Conducive to both speed and wallet, if you please.
it's super fast and doesn't cost a penny.
becuase you don't have to do anything?
That's who I use. No contract, free router, quite cheap and fast, and most importantly, they have really great custoemr service. I also get 50p off my bill if you go with them... ;)
I have been using them for about a year and they are pretty good.
does it include the line rental, or do you need to sort that separately through a different provider?
9.99 or 14.99 depending on the usage.
However looking at their website they do the landline option. Have a look...
Might need to investigate changing my options.
My username is "sheeldz"
but promise if we go with this i'll hook you up with 50p off.
I don't like how it's not unlimited though - i may require an awful lot for my teaching materials
At night. I rarely use it other than iPlayer and some Youtube each night and it seems to be within the limits and all my Torrenting (like I would do such a thing anyway) after dark.
Actually, better advice would be to have a look at Virgin as I can't get it up here, but would've as they are always faster.
35 odd quid for phone with free weekend landline calls, freeview with some extra odds and ends, and broadband so fast it could outrun a cheetah or me chasing a naked and horny Ana Ivanovic.
No need for the freeview as we don't watch TV; is there a discount for not requiring that?
For me it was Tiscali. For some reason I couldn’t get a Virgin line into my flat so had to use a BT line instead. Tiscali cover the cost of BT line rental, and gave us a free wireless router, and also gave me free weekend calls to international destinations which is dead useful as my brother lives in New Zealand. The first 3 months were at a discounted price as well.
apparently my address doesn't exist. BRILLIANT
are pretty great; they use the same infrastructure and are eseentially exactly the same service, but if you happen to have an 02 mobile you get a fiver off all the rates. So I get the 15mb service (usually actually get about 12mb) for a tenner a month, which is pretty good. Service / setup and all that has been speedy and ballache-free, too.
