yes i do weight lifting. Not a great deal, but enough..I usually do 30 reps of 30 20 of 20 and 10 of 10 on the bench press and then 45 on peck deck and then about 50 reps of other random shit
lifts of 8kg for the duration of two songs.

You should YouTube "crossfit" and find the girls on there. They are in amazing shape.
i honestly don't know if you're taking the piss! I think you should start doing a more structured weights programme anyway. It's more fun than your average cardio for starters and you can go round saying "HULK SMASH". Or maybe that's just me.
i feel like i want to do some more than others...i do quite a lot though
time really. Just basic things like doing 3 sets of 8 to build mass/5x5 to build strength/4x12 for fat loss. But I don't want to lecture you obviously, especially as I've only just been bothered to try these things properly.
p.s if anyone's recently starting squatting with weights, PM me because I'd like to see how I compare.
