Surely it's been on a television channel that can be received there by now?
"Sue Jones-Davies, who played Brian's girlfriend in the movie, was amazed when she became mayor of Aberystwyth that it was still barred at the cinema."
I find it incredible that I have seen the in woman in the picture in that link in the nud.
"If someone was going to make fun of my wife in a film then I would oppose that... making fun of Jesus Christ, whom I love more than my wife, in a film is going to offend me "
His wife must be thrilled
i cant believe he loves a comic book character more than his wife. Some people...
As it's such an EPIC fail since it isn't making fun of Jesus - since Jesus appears in the opening scene, unmocked
it obviously still is though. Not that there's anything wrong with that!
that is a pop at Jesus
The story mimics the life of Jesus certainly, but that is where the comedy derives from, mistaken identity
the story still mimics the life of jesus. As I understand it, the entire thing was to illustrate the point that people are stupid and will follow anyone like a sheep. Which is obviously a pop at Christianity. The whole mistaken identity thing is just for plausible deniability. Cleese and that have already said in interviews and that that obviously the film has a deeper meaning. I think that's great though
Jesus sir! "Your cured mate"
