At what age did you (if you have) stop getting your mother to ring up hospitals, dentists, doctors etc. for you?
Then I started getting my friends/flatmates/girlfriends to do it for me.
after they charged me a shitload for being overdrawn.
i should've let her. she's great at screeching at people down the phone.
But not often, as I live far away and stuff. But it's good when she does, she's very convincing and very good with people. And persistent. I'm not persistent enough.
and until about 2006, he used to live in Cologne. Somehow, his mum still seemed to be doing his washing for him from Cornwall, and sending it back. She also makes dentist/hairdresser appointments for my auntie, but she is pretty scatty...
Thats shocking though, in all probability that person still lives with mummy and daddy.
I still wish she'd sort everything out for me.
I get an alarming amount of old people ringing me when I'm at work on behalf of their children.
he needs an appointment to be fitted for a new voice box?
hiatus between my mother booking my dental appointments and my girlfriend doing it. No fillings though.
and things where the care about the impression I'm making, I've done it since 15/16. But I still ask her to sort out things like replacing phones. Like a PA.
so it makes sense. If they ask questions about her account, she needs to be there. That's my story.
mobiles phones, I never understand what they are saying and my Dad is ace at getting me amazing deals.
Though in the last couple of weeks asking to view properties at estate agents, they already said they've had someone enquiring about them on my behalf... haha. I don't mind too much though with this, as they are helping me out financially quite a lot.
