Help, please. I had an accidental nap today (and woke up under an hour ago, with towel pattern all over the right side of my body, including my face--hot) and am VERY groggy, but need to do an essay and study for an exam all in the next 40-ish hours, minus some for more sleep, and predict I will continue to be groggy. Anyway, grogginess cures? Aside from caffeine? I've never heard of any, but genuinely, there's no way mankind got to the point at which it is today without them; they must exist. Yeah?
