i am TEN.
1 as in full, 5 as in mildy satiated, and 10 as in starving?
0 = just ate
1 = wouldn't mind a bit of fruit
2 = wouldnt mind a cracker or light biscuit
3 = wouldn't mind a choclate bar or something
4 = wouldn't mind an oaten biscuit or heavy snack
5 = wouldnt mind a chocolate covered (luxury) oaten biscuit
6 = wouldn't mind a wee bit of cake and a cup of tea
7 = would like a soup and sandwich (wholemeal)
8 = would eat a meal
9 = would eat a 3 course meal
10 = would eat a full meal with coffee afterwards then a nice wee bit of cake and maybe a little mint or something. maybe a little biscuit and a sherry or something
probably 0, though I wouldn't mind a lick of ice cream or a glass of milk
so only 7 or so.
i just had tuna on toast, mmmm

I've barely eaten today. but I feel a bit sick. So I can't tell if it's hunger or sickness.

now i'm grazing on chewing gum
i ate about an hour ago
But i'm different to you people, the more i eat, the hungrier i get.

ooof. I just had corn on the cob which was grilled too. Mmmmm
I've just got back from a 9-7 work day :(
but we're making pancakes so i'll be pretty full soon.
banana and dark chocolate is a total win though!
i rarely reach 8, but i do often have meals
