What a fucking magnificent film. Brilliant! :)
it is a great film!
had a nice night?
i kept thinking 'right i'll do this' and then i did it and had nothing to do, being motivated is way overrated huh
then i went to see wall.e that was pretty cool, now im pretty relaxed again, look what i did
I wouldn't know about the motivation, I hardly have any at the moment.
How was Wall.e? Were there any moral or ethical lessons to be learned?
it had all the ingredients of a classic western
mmmm, im not sure what the moral or ethical lessons of wall.e were, maybe that the robots we make in the future will be better humans than us and eventually destroy us with cute electronic noises, ive often thought this might happen myself so that was cool, there was some slightly confused stuff about the destruction of the planet as well idk, but it was a cool though it was basically like watching a film with a cuter looking r2d2 in it, the first half is more 'rly impressive animation' and the second half more 'wacky pixar film', i thought it all fitted together pretty well though (y) its not a film that seems like it should be analysed too much rly though idk
the short film they show at the start is almost worth the entrance fee even if you didnt like wall.e that much tbh
I'm thinking of making quite a few cinema trips over the next couple of months!
Any news on the elephant?
im having to come up with a devilish plan
i reckon though, wall.e is probably the most ive enjoyed one of these pixar films so idk (ive never seen finding nemo mind :() it was a really fun film generally, wall.e is basically a robot womble i guess which is cool
A friend of mine is intending to buy one of these:
I've not seen Finding Nemo either, but The Incredibles is really good! :)
id be suspicious that id wake up one day and that was controlling my house and trying to seduce my girlfried
whats with all the robot stuff appearing these days, barmen and vacuum cleaners, are robots gonna take over soon
from Superman 3!
Robots are cool though! Do you remember that Honda advert with the robot walking upstairs? That was awesome!
Which of your daily tasks would you like a robot to do for you?
i quite like doing most other things okay, i might just end up wishing i was as cool as my robot if i had a robot though, imagine if you had one of these
being a robot would be cool
I suppose there would be advantages, I've seen Highlander and enough vampire films to know that living forever makes you cool! I'd rather be a vampire than a robot.
i mean imagine if you were a vampire and you lived in sunnydale that wouldnt be so cool, well, it would be until the slayer slayed you i guess, itd be cool if you were dracula or maybe just liked living life on the edge
if you were a robot you could just be a cynical drunk like bender outta futurama or superintelligent and slightly depressed but quite a good laugh like marvin the paranoid android, imagine the japes sadpunk imagine the wisecracks there'd be for the rest of eternity
i guess id prefer to be a superhero though maybe, or a werewolf
(minus the overly sappy parts)
Trgically, if I were a robot I think I'd be more like C3PO!
A werewolf would be quite annoying though! You'd have to make all your plans around the full-moon - or risk mutilating and devouring your friends!
Superhero wins here I think! :)
ginger snaps is one of my favourite films so i always have time for werewolves, the accidently devouring friends thing wouldnt be cool though
