when you jog, how long do you jog for?and how often a week.im trying to devise a fitness program to lose my chub
And I walk 6 miles to work each day. :S
And need to get proper fit. I have fitness (stamina) but it is mostly boredom, I live in Aberdeen y'see.
What time do you leave the house in the morning to achieve getting to work by 9am??
and what I meant to say was each way - it is only 3miles there and 3 miles back. Takes about 40 minutes, means I can listen to an album there and an album on the way back.
Marathons are 13 times that lenght.

Finally, go to a running shop, get proper shoes to run (jog if you really prefer the term) in.
in answer to your original question, at my peak, I do about 60 miles a week (between 4 and 22 miles a day) plus 5-a-side, twice a week.
At the moment, about 10 miles a week - just getting back from injury.
you can't have a job, right?
80 press ups
200 sit ups
bicep / tricep / shoulder reps / pull ups
the lack of £30 helps motivate going and reduces money for chub building activities...
I didnt want to be a gym person but i joined 2 months back after suffering too long with car crash muscle issues and a now loving it. I feel 100% from going 3 times a week. + hot girls go ;) theres a saua and steam room and jacusi :D
hot girls sweating in towels!!!!!! :D
anyone fancy a few pints?
4 days/week. The other two I have football training/matches. I also do 300 ish sit ups and various (pathetically light, because I'm a bitch-pussy) weights.
I don't =(
and search 8 minute abs. Do that programme. Regular sit ups don't actually do a whole lot as they don't really work the right muscles if you're looking for increased definition. You really have to vary the movements, which is what 8 min abs provides and it works great; start out doing it once a day and you'll notice some difference within a week or two. Increase it to twice a day, 5 or 6 days per week after that and it'll work brilliantly.
i'll begin that tonight
*i'm a lazy, parasitic student
over uni i managed to go running 3 times a week, but with my job over summer; NO WAY. Just too tired :[
