How many carbs are you meant to eat a day? In which forms do they most easily come?
How can I eat carbs which aren't going to make me feel bloated/sick/fat?
I've just realised that the three days of really bad lethergy I've had are down to having pretty much none and therefore, I'm guessing, no energy.
