(yes i am)
Line up isn't all that good for me. Only band I actively WANT to see is LSF and maybe The Field.
It's also pretty expensive, and I'm probably going to be working that day.
It's held a minute from flat. Party afterwards?
putting the "PA" in "Party"
???? or did i dream that
I'm not going to massively organise anything.
I'll get some booze in and if anyone fancies it, cool. I'm not organising anything official.
and i will pass out before i can have either
If anyone over 6ft 4 needs it, you're on the floor though love. Luckily for you, you're probs the tallest DiSer I know.
surely couches are more annoying the taller you are?!
no field day party.
unless she means in her old house? i dunno
not about the party though.
but i know u want me to really really badly
SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO BADLY!!
but i didn't get a ticket and haven't booked a bus
PS - bus from Glasgow = mental
And oooooooooooh, i want to go i want to go. I'd have to play tag-along though
so may have an after party of some sort.
Bus = 26.50 return
Ticket = prob. the same?
*taps chin and does some calculations*
let me have a think, as i will owe alot on rent / council tax / deposit / admin fees for new flat (August 1st)
Last year was a shambles, but it's not that expensive and this year I live next to Victoria Park so can fuck off home easily
But I'm going alone, as all my friends are shit and have cancelled on me.
just find some DiSers and join a group, it's all FRIENDLY here
Leave me alone.
If it's as sunny as last year, I can't fail to have a good time
Also, somebody invite me to a party afterwards please
I won tickets.
first time ever winning tickets for something!
i still need to buy one more ticket though.
i bought two but then someone gave me some money for one so i thought i'd buy myself one when i get the time. it's only round the corner but i'm too lazy.
mainly for of montreal. :)
who is having a praty afters?
After last year I'm in no rush to buy a ticket. I'll go if I don't have anything better to do and the weather is good.
And having an awesome super-fantastic after party.
then I failed to get a job
and still am
i didn't go last year but i hope its a lot better (obviously)
As is probably half of DiS
I think I'm visiting family in france
my g/f bought our tickets months ago as I had loads of fun at the last one and I think this one will surpass it.
That I can deal with any clash.
Any clash at all.
Dan Deacon vs. Of Montreal.
This better not happen.
I will honestly cry like a little girl if that happens.
How excited is everyone?
but you already knew this, i believe!
are you going with your ex...? :)
maybe a couple of others as well.
I AM Field Day!
I have the ticket.
I have the dress.
I have the cider.
I have the house near the park and the best housemates who are helping me fill it with lovely people for an once-in-a-lifetime Field Day afterparty.
I have the list marked with the bands I want to run between.
I do not, however, have a bladder the size of Shropshire so they better fix the loo situation this year.
but then i just read that sadpunk is going.
you will save the discomfort of having ex-fiance who would still like to give it a go in the same field as boy I quite like who isn't ex-fiance.
As long as you don't fall in love with me, it should be a problem solver all round.
all birthday drinks/burger donations welcome
depends on the money. don't know for sure.
depends how much flights are in a week and a bit. atm, yeah. but fuel prices & etc.
it's got a nice lineup but i don't know how busy i'll be and/or i dare braving it again.
Because Derby are at home to Doncaster. Which is a shame as approximately all 16 of my friends are going and it is conveniently 3 days after i turn 25.
However, i will not be budged.
Hopefully I'll meet your little mate there again. He seemed cool.
i am gonna come down afterwards as some of those friends live next to Victoria Park. one day our paths will cross...
I'm hoping to break my record of spending 100+ minutes standing in a bar queue instead of watching bands.
