last night we (my band) auditioned a replacement guitarist, he was really good, seemed committed and a nice guy so i was thinking this could work. However at the end of the night revealed his girl had a baby on the way.

How much should i let this affect my decision. Ie. how likely is he to have no time when it arrives for months/years?
