how good is walking as exercise? (trying to get fit centric)
so..seeing as i cant find a job at the moment, i thought i should try and chalk off a few pounds.
i hate jogging and will never step foot in a gym so i thought walking might be a more enjoyable and dignified way to get fit.
if i walk at a fast pace (i counted 112 steps/paces per minute) for an hour each day..will this do me good and make me loose a bit of pud......
...or do i need to do other boring stuff?
