Grimshaw

Alex-in-Ciderland [Edit] [Delete] 19:39, 27 June '08

QUOTE: If he isn’t photographed on the arm of some London trendy, Grimshaw is wrongly named as his mate Sadie Frost’s boyfriend. Yep, he’s certainly making a name in the red tops (even if it’s the wrong one).

Grimshaw doesn’t let a silly thing like celebrity faze him. Nah, he bowls straight in there, and asks the questions we all want to know (if we were all a little odd), whether it’s to Arcadia’s very own Pete Doherty or R&B mega star Amerie. The reason we have grown to actually like Grimshaw a bit is that he loves his music; if you live in London, chances are you’ve already spotted him at a gig. If not, keep your eyes peeled because you probably will, and if you do, go over and try and strike up a conversation whilst he’s concentrating on watching a band; we’re sure he’ll love that.

As well as talking and listening on television (sometimes at the same time), Grimshaw is also one half of DJ duo ‘Zapotecsoundsystem’ with fellow E4 Music presenter Zezi. Yes, when the cameras switch off we are still one great big musical family (like the Sound of Music sans the cool curtain smocks). UNQUOTE.
