I think I actually would, we could always get divorced if things didn't work out. She is so amazing *sigh*
not that special. Would rather have Sharipova. Seen her IRL and she was hott
lovely as she seems
is a bad idea. this is really a serious question? i doubt it
If she asked me to marry her (which she obviously wouldn't) I think I would say yes as crazy as this sounds.
However, my dad lives in London. How is this relevant?
(With the accent on the e, don't know how it's done).
I think it could be a winner.
Clearley you saw them and borrowed some of my deadpan humour.
I'm don't mind being made a fool of, if we get some laughs out of it.
Does anyone else think she talks too fast sometimes in interviews?
I don't think I would even let this effect me in my marital bliss.
Along with me not actually having met her. Or having any idea of what she looks like.
Hantchova instead. She is pretty clever too.
with every female tennis player being served up (arf) as a sexual object for men to lust over while they play
can we just leave them to the tennis please
just because women are lust objects doesn't mean we can't view them as tennis players AS WELL. she's the best female tennis player in the world. she's also very pretty and apparently delightful. she is BOTH THOSE THINGS, so why leave her to be one and not the other?
She is the only tennis player I admire physically, I'm not even bothered about Sharapova. She also seems like a lovely girl and is a very good player, I don't see her as simply a sexual object.
It's also not only the women, the mens side of the game has it's "image" especially with all this talk of Nadal's muscles and interviewers constantly asking him if he's got a girlriend etc.
is that a more sport themed phrase to say you fancy her
those same muscles that ensure he is such a powerful player....as oppossed to obsession with sharapova and her pretty little earings.
p.s. a lot of my points arent directly aimed at people on here and comments, more just the way the general press/public react, so dont think im singling people out or whatever,
But it's not just the way she looks. She seems like a genuinely lovely person and I like the way she comes across in interviews and behaves on and off the court, it's not simply a case of "yeah she's hot, I'd do her", I'm not that shallow.
I also dislike the obsession in the press with the players and how they look. My point with Nadal was that although his muscles help him get more power on his shots, you don't have to relate this to the amount of female attention he will get because of it, the BBC commentry is cringeworthy at times when Nadal is playing.
fair enough, lets meet half way on this.
that was half fishing for outrage and half truth
but in response to brusma and proptimusgrime, you gotta admit, there is something particularly vociferous and insidious about the annual tennis player lust that puts it in an odd catergory aside from film stars etc etc.
its fine to see her as both, but im not sure its always that even sided.
lets count the number of posts saying she is hot to the number that complement her backhand
you should waste your 'critical faculties' on ridiculous pipe-dreams.
I know it's ridiculous.
I know that sounds condescending but I'm sticking to it.
..see how people reacted to someone wanting to marry someone they'd never met.
what next? A proposed solution to the Palestine question?
I'm surprisingly serious about marrying her if she asked me.
But that would be quite amusing.
