They're annoying me already, and it's not even summer yet. Who here owns a pair? Come on, 'fess up
Imagine a pair of those, but white/red/green and on the face of Sienna Miller/Kelly Osbourne/Kate Moss
"Cardiff is so behind London, people keep giving me weird looks because of my wayfarers"
yes, he does love poncing about in his sunglasses.
Wayfarers are Rayban sunglasses....like what Bob Dylan used to wear. I've had mine for 2 years, but everyone seems to have a pair now :(
to look like dylan but havent had the bucks for a proper pair or found a 2nd hand pair.
i dont want a cheap colorful pair else ill look like im in a topman advert
during the winter, in an opticians shop during a 1/2 price sale.
But I know at least 20-30 people who do, which yeah, they begin to grate on me as they pollute my field of vision.
I still think they look cool though, but I'd never buy any. I'm too cheap.
They just look like normal glasses that you'd have had when you were a child. Yes? No? I might have googled wrong.
But now people are 'bringing them back'. But not just Ray Bans (which, to be fair, I have time for) - this new trend is to have a pair in some gharish colour a la Agyness Dean
and couldn't find em then i got a cheap pair from topman last yr and they broke and shit but now i don't wanna wear em it looks far too hippsterish and cunt-like.
But I never wear them. I think I only wore them like, twice. I could promise to send them to you? But we both know that I'll never actually get round to doing it :(
i'm glad i trod on mine accidentally
but I never wear them.
and shit in about every other colour (apart from tortoiseshell but you need a certain air of sophistication to carry that off). I have a pair in black and look really good in them, whereas 90% of sunglasses make me look like a complete numpty.
in black. didn't know they were called 'wayfarers' (is that a brand name?), though.
copy cat versions abound and 'Wayfarer' which is supposedly copyright protected has become the ubiquitous term for all sunglasses of that style.
