I'd like to shop at Topshop all the time, but I'm poor.
Where can I get alternatives for my summer wardrobe?
in peoples houses, its free there
I love how Primark are all like "wut? our clothes are made by kidz? No Wai! You're having a laugh! Unbelievable!"
topshop use kiddie labour too, they just charge more for it. if anything primark are more ethical for not trying to pretend their clothes are made by magic gnomes on saville row.
which singles primark out.
develop an addiction to something healthier than a brand that everyone is wearing, everywhere.
herbal cigraettes perhaps?
cheaper and you'll never get dress shamed.
i do this, it's great except you have to alter everything yourself because people 40 years ago were all weird shaped freaks.
in fact, i just altered a dress RIGHT NOW, my sewing machine is a bit gash though, i have to go mega slowly otherwise it chews up all the fabric :(
but i left it back home for the year. when i go back we will have a brilliant reunion, involving lots of sewing. i want to make a 50s style strapless dress in a red gingham print, i'll go shopping for patterns and fabric on the market, simply CANNOT wait. i was lucky in that my mum had a really good one which she gave to me.
super massive effort to do stuff on it, but hell it's adorable
