I've got a sort of dull ache in my right ball. It's not a sharp pain or terribly noticeable but it's been there for at least a day now. It doesn't look unusual or feel lumpy and I haven't been riding my motorbike or been kicked in it or anything.

So... do I do something or just wait and see?

And yes I know using a music site as a surrogate NHS direct is inherently ridiculous but I am a man and feel reluctant to talk to people about my balls.
