the irish referendum on the Lisbon Treaty

i wish i was at home to vote. if i'm still allowed. anyway...
from the BBC quotes, people have concerns such as
'I will vote No, as I think a Yes vote would give Ireland less influence in Europe. We would also lose our commissioner, which I do not agree with.'
'I’m voting Yes. Europe has done a lot for Ireland. As a small country we have benefited greatly from the EU.' - considering the amount of money Ireland managed to get out of the EU for roads, fair point.
'I’m also suspicious of the fact that no other country in the EU is being allowed to vote on Lisbon.'
'The arguments from both sides seem to overlap. It all seems very foggy. Many people I know are in the same boat.' - this one seems to be a point that comes across the board. people don't seem to know enough or anything about it.
do you think a No vote will have a massive impact?
