Sorry, boring, but... I went on the overground yesterday, so got a day travelcard, but accidentally used my Oyster to clock out when getting home... Got charged a penalty fare of $4, which the guy in the booth says is easy to claim back - just send my reference numbers via the website. WHERE THE HELL IS THE LINK? Can't find a suitable email address anywhere.
