Last night, for probably the first time in about 8/9 years, I went to bed before 12am and I feel fucking GREAT today.
I even got up ay 7am and did some exercise before work - to say that this is a bit out of character is like saying ninjas are a bit stabby.
I am now considering that perhaps my grandad was right and hours before 12 are worth twice those after.
I have to admit I'm suprised it's made this much difference to my mood and everything.
So, stories about sleep/actually getting on with your new years resolution 6months down the line to follow....?
