i dont get it.

they dedicate themselves to the service of god. but what do they actually DO?

seperate themselves from society, sing hymns and pray.
if i was god i would be angry with them for wasting the life i gave them.
because thats what it is, a waste, whether you believe in god or not.

i dont mean this offensively, its just something that really puzzles me.
