I've been "blogging" a fair bit on Facebook and the amount of people who comment them and send me messages about them is remarkable, so I'm thinking of starting an online newsletter. In the same vein as Popbitch and b3ta and stuff like that, but more in the style of Viz, I suppose.

I'm not quite sure where to begin really, I know that there's a market for this kind of thing, especially as people are always looking for ways to get out of doing work and I know of two mates who would probably be interested in producing it with me and I have a fair few ideas for features and stuff like that but I have absolutely no idea how to set one up or get word-of-mouth round. Any ideas?

I would post an example of my writing here but it's normally hasty stuff that I'm happy to share with friends but not the rest of the internets. Obviously I would proofread it first if I was actually going to do this.
