my age : too old
reasonable wage : twice what I have
I hope I get a permanant job soon..
or it will be when I sign off that I agree to my payrise.
£50 a week?
I'm incredibly cheap
for me i think age related is a good scale 20-25 20-25k, 25-30 25-35k.
no london id add on a few k
and I'm on 24K which seems reasonable at the moment I would obviously like more though!
I ment for avg mc avg at a certain age but still
how far are you off that? If so why are you on DIS
and earn 35k, which I'm pretty happy with considering I didn't do the whole uni thing. Oh, and that's after-tax - I don't pay personal tax. Yay.
im a .net and java dude and i make 30k up north perm 9-5 only.
+ you have to remember u dont get paid for ur holidays right?
how much can you slack off and get away with it compared to ur experience of normal perm work? ;P
foot rubs?! :S
if you don't mind me asking is your area?
code monkey and database monkey, no one else likes me using them thou
This is on top of her £85k salary.
Still, she has a silly voice so I guess I'm the winner ultimately.
shes a moron and probs works 7 days a week.
These days that's not great.
I'm permenantly skint for some reason too. But I'm mega unambitious.
is a self-aggrandizing twat
That's not that great considering she made an extra £8m for them. A mate of mine who works at a bank that isn't doing too well made about £7m last year and he got £60k bonus
Earn enough to live on and shut the fuck up.
That's what I do. You don't see me earning more than I need to live on or not shutting the fuck up, do you?
but I'm lazy and I don't own any land.
she fits both those criteria.
how old is thewarn?
don't care how much somebody earns relative to their age or not. I don't even think the two go together. I earn what i earn and i am happy. I could do with more but who couldn't?
I'm a very bitter man, but severely lacking in motivation.
I got a 2:1 in Philosophy, but it's rare that it provides me with the consolations that de Botton promised.
my age is 24. i consider a reasonable wage to be anything over 30k.
I didn't answer the question did i.
Not sure what a reasonable salary would be. I suppose that it should depend on your skills, experience, ambition, things like that. So if someone's happy on 20k then that's reasonable. Unfortunately, that's probably not enough to finance a house, kids etc. so it depends on what you want in life. I've still not really answered the question have i?
am eighteen. i live in london, i have no formal qualifications and i earn just under £20k. i consider this to be reasonable.
earning 20-25k is really good(especially cos i dont live in a city) but if im 30 and only earning 30k then that wouldnt be so good.
