I just failed mine.
former students backed his car into the car of the person testing him at the end of his test. That's the best way to fail ever.
He's also an ex-world darts champion. He's going to be on TV this weekend.
a red light
(i passed second time)
WAS A BLACK MAN!
I passed mine today! Went pretty well and I wasn't nervous at all! Good luck next time
I'm quietly confident. Except I keep looking at stuff on the side of the road now and don't notice people braking/turning til quite late.
For not overtaking a milk float.
Did you take your test at 4am?
Pretty cool company car though
My first time (although I didn't fail for this reason) I thought I had stalled the car for some reason and proceeded to turn the ignition at a junction for ages until the examiner pointed out that my engine was already on.
Luckily I only broke his foot, could have been alot worse.
when i was younger, my step dad was teaching me to drive on 90 mile beach in NZ.. and i had ALL those miles of beach to drive on. yet i still managed to head straight towards the water and almost ended up in the tasman sea .. :(
I'll just stick with walking i think.
passed first time. Still can't get my head around that one.
I don't think you can be failed for things that happen outside the car.
She ran over a man on a stretch of beach that was about two miles wide and ten miles long.
THE MAN DID NOT DIE.
during her driving test? Just go straight through a fence?
had set up some kind of motor vehicle assault course for her.
clear the area first? Did this bloke know he was wandering around a motor vehicle assault course or did he just think he was walking on the beach?
first time. It was terrible. I was horrified.
and they failed me for it! :(
I passed second time like all the best drivers do.
i won't say precisely how many times, it's a bit embarassing.
and my step brother took even more attempts.
The first time I failed, one of the reasons was that I hadn't overtaken a bus that stopped in front of me. The previous week, my brother had been run over and nearly killed whilst crossing the road after getting off a bus. The examiner was really nasty and made me cry. :-(
zero minors. hard luck dude, better luck next time :)
someone crashed into me as I was pulling out of my house to leave. Wrote of the car. Needless to say, I passed to first time I actually managed to get to the test centre which was five bloody weeks later.
once I killed a horse
The first five minutes went great. Then I stalled at a roundabout, I tried to compose myself and correct the situation, handbrake, gear etc. Then I was ready and waiting for a space to go when the examiner pipes up with "you might want to turn the engine on again yeah?". Cheeky bitch. I was getting to it (I had completely forgotten). Within ten minutes I had completely fucked up both manouveres and knew I had failed, funnily enough my nerves then subsided and I drove perfectly.
I am confident about next time though. I just hope I don't get this woman again, apparently she has reputation of being not very nice.
Are you booking it again soon? What went wrong?
Gonna go pick up chicks now lol
I had the ability to pass the other times, but I always became incredibly nervous and start shaking when I have tests and I just mess things up. My failure highlights include:
- Driving over the same pedestrian crossing with someone about to walk on it, twice.
- Trying to turn right after switching to the left-hand lane.
- Being in completely the wrong lane leading to the motorway.
- hitting the curb during 3 parallel parks.
- messing up a bay park right at the start of the test, having only done a successful bay park minutes before.
I may be lying
until the very end, turning into the street where the test centre was, ie about 8 feet away from passing, I pulled out in front of someone and they had to move out of my way. FAIL.
"I was getting your certificate ready when you did that" he said. fuck.
passed second time tho
