I'm gonna tinyurl it.
Just go to http://www.tinyurl.com and opt for the preview option and you'll never get caught out by them.
they make him angry.
when it came out doesn't, eh?
please stop posting that.
you make it sound like I've posted it a million times!
overuse them. you don't need to post every single URL into a tinyurl. i also pointed out that if you do this and you've been rickrolled it's your own fault. plus, i shouldn't have to waste my time previewing every single fucking URL.
I actually agree with them. But wouldn't be bothered enough to say anything. Well not for another few thousand posts, maybe.
Might as well tinyurl it just to be safe.
They work when you click them. And if you can see which site they came from it's easy enough to work out if they're safe or not.
Only very few URLs fail. Ones with a ' in or loads of ,,, or ones with combinations that involve = and ; or :, that sort of thing.
DEMOCRACY DOESN'T WORK
People make stupid decisions and completely screw themselves over.
Dictatorships hardly lead to consistently great decisions as a rule.
But seriously, Clinton v Obama shouldn't even be a contest. People scare me.
you seem to think Obama is a cult-leader, and then dismiss Clinton's flaws because you just "know" or "sense" or "trust" she is actually a good leader. your anti-democratic rants are weird and incoherent.
DEMONSTRATE that she'd be a good leader.
My "rants" are not incoherent at all. In fact, they're overly simple if anything, completely straightforward.
And I'm not stupid. At all. But thanks anyhow.
as long as the right person is elected? i'll grant you it's got a twisted logic.
i like Clinton a lot, i would have supported her in November and in the run-up - but Obama has won and i think will win in a landslide come November. anti-Obama Clinton supporters are unhinged at times in their criticisms.
But there's nothing I can do about it, so might as well hope the better person gets in. And if Obama wins, it certainly won't be a landslide. I cans ee him completely destroying his whole campaign once the media attention starts to switch to his flaws, not Hillary's.
and making decisions. Pretty much. I'm not saying it would work here. But would it be preferable, sure.
so how would they take over? by force? and they would do things that the majority of people in the country disagree with?
One all counts.
explain why this is better than democracy?
And make stupid decisions based on not knowing anything.
and a system like we have now means the public dont make the individual decisions, more who represents them. The government make their decisions based on advice from various bodies and experts etc. its not like they ask some bloke walking down the road what he thinks about nuclear power.
I can just see you now, being packed off to the gulag but still trying to convince every other poor starving half-dead motherfucker in the freezing train carriage that all of this was being done for their own good.
all the bread would be pre-frozen and thus unedible!
and how do you know that those people will be better than the people we get under democracy?
your arguments are so utterly non-sensical that it pains me.
But as those delegates will probably just go for the most popular democrat so they can hopefully brown nose them once they win, to me just shows how totally biased and ridiculous it could become if men in smoke filled rooms did make all decisions.
haha. you're goddamn right. where's that Jacko popcorn gif?
Well, less simple than most. And if they're as simple as, they're still better than.
If I did, I would be stupid.
I do, however, KNOW that I am of significantly above avergae intelligence.
I wrote this yesterday about Courtney Love, but it seems to work just as well here.
It sounds funny.
Read the article first.
measures intelligence more than typo occurance.....
I have to be. Or it wouldn't make sense, would it?
Because what you just posted certainly doesn't.
As for "nothing measures intelligence more than typo occurance" - and I really can't resist a [sic] after that last word - if you were that bright you'd realise that that wasn't what I was saying at all.
I'm not the greatest speller or typer. Never have been, never will be.
or have you got some crazy theory on that too?
so immature. now if you don't mind i'm trying to find a piss-poor 80s Democrat i can the pun the fuck out of.
Haven't you got an issue to close? Fuck, so have I.
I get the feeling we might get fined tonight.Again. C ya l8r!
you just ate the questionairre and then went to play on the swings.
I think it's because we all judge our own intelligence on things we think and other people's on what they say. A lot of the things we think aren't expressed anywhere near as clearly when we try to express them to someone else.
If I were to look at myself as another person, I probably wouldn't think I was that intelligent. As I quite often say stupid things and have a hard time expressing more complicated thoughts I have.
I think PocketMouse is probably a lot more intelligent than she sometimes gives the impression she is with her posts. But then so's everybody else.
See, now I know why nobody else thinks I'm a genius.
I'm only an internal genius.
with losing out to McCain
I'm totally confused by this.
How could they NOT vote for him. Olegrich will back that up.
Then vote Obama, who hasn't attacked A SINGLE PASSENGER PLANE in his career."
First to beat up a plane wins a mars bar
Hillary Clinton drunk in Puerto Rico!!!!!1
I find her so so so unsettling :(
Isn't it just saying that if she loses then she'll admit she's lost?
But she hasn't yet, has she? Doesn't look like she's got much hope but it's hinging on some actual results tonight, I thought.
Not that I care either way, but Clinton's clearly the only chance the 'left' have against the 'right' in America, otherwise the right-wing press wouldn't be backing Obama so strenuously to end up as the candidate against McCain.
in the US is that candidates have to formally concede.
"Best two out of three?"
"Best three out of five?"
"Best five out of seven?"
Gary Hart is still contesting 1984.
but he just CAN'T when it comes around.
i love you guys.
got any confidence in an Obama victory then?
The bookmakers are the ones to trust. And they all have Obama odds-on.
looking at how McCain is attacking him already, i don't think he's got enough and i think Obama is too skilful and charismatic to be taken down by the plays that did in Gore and Kerry.
but Obama has embarassed McCain twice in the last week on National Security and the troops and that doesn't bode well if it's his strongest hand.
i wish the Democrats would hold off on this Third Term Bush-McCain thing - it comes across as insanely prissy and is just going to turn people off. McCain IS quite different to Bush and he's going to run a decent, clean campaign i believe. the Demorcrats would do well to do the same - less Obama actually, and the humungous waste of space that is Howard Dein.
than those who were supported the invasion initially but want to pull out now it's not going America's way.
I was against the war from the start but it doesn't change the fact that to destabilise the country and then pull out without re-stabilising it would be the worst possible betrayal of the Iraqi people and pretty much guarantee that they go from the oppressive dictatorship of Saddam Hussein to the oppressive dictatorship of extreme Islamists.
Ultimately, for all my objections the war, it's not American troops currently killing Iraqi civilians and there's no real reason to believe that the US pulling out will lead the killings to stop or imporve the lives of people in the region.
Much as I opposed the war, now it's started the US has an obligation to bring about the democracy it promised (and before anyone starts to criticise the kind of democracy the US would install I'd point out that, whilst far from perfect, I don't doubt for a second it will be far better than any form of government the 'insurgents' would install.
and shit frozen pizzas
but his wife is pushing 9 figures (in dollars)
Not only had her desire to become President turned into nothing but obsessive ambition, but I think she was wrong for the job anyway. She could have been presdient some time ago, but instead chose to be a president's wife. I think her chance has passed.
Plus she's mental.
she could have progressed in her political career without Bill Clinton then?
When she married Bill she effectively conceded that she would be supporting his political career and not her own.
No, no she isn't conceding. LOL.
do you think she'll run again in 2012?
She has that look in her eyes...
Depends on a few factors, including the financial damage she may suffer as a result of this campaign.
'Hilary fights on as race closes'.
This has 'I'm president of this house!' written all over it.
despite McCain being all but the nominee for the past three or four months.
the power-hungry bellend
She has been out of realistic contention for weeks.
I like Perez Hilton.
He keeps me 'informed'.
She hasn't got a really stupid pair of glasses.
But then Mugabe doesn't have a husband
