Resigning by e-mail: Is it ever OK?
I'm usually of the opinion that anyone who sends texts, e-mails or letters to communicate things that are better said in person needs to man up.
But my manager hasn't been at his desk all day (he is in charge of health and safety issues on site and lots of rain and subsequent leakage has kept him busy) and he isn't in for the rest of the week. Will an e-mail cut it? I've never really resigned before...
