Anyone had this

If I breathe in for say nmore than 3 seconds my chest/lungs feel really tight and slightly uncomfortable

I'm 90% sure be down to smoking as was upto 7 in morning smoking and had day after and yeah I know should go to docs if persists but anyone had for my reassurance?

I've only had 1 cog yesterday and 1 today
