I want a massage. I know that sounds pervy, but it isn't intended that way. My upper back feels so knotted and whenever I touch it it feels real tender :( I fear years of slouching are taken their toll

I've never had one done professionally, not even a dodgy one out the back of the local paper. If I get one, will it make me fully metrosexual? Is it even worth it? Or shall I just be a man's man, and go and throw some timber around my yard for the hell of it?

Also, one of these days I WILL go to a chiropractor (sp?). I wanna be all clicked out
