rememeber when the congestion charge came in? for a while, the traffic in town was considerably less. now however (i think there are some stats to back me up) traffic is now back to previous levels.

so where do we go next? i'm fairly sure boris wont scrap it (your gayness?). will it go up? will we ban cars altogether?
