when friends disappear in the middle of the night

whiterussian [Edit] [Delete] 05:17, 28 May '08

I've just been out looking for a friend of mine for over an hour. We were out together earlier and he had some drama going on with another girl and he lives outside of town and his last train was at like 10 or something, I told him he could crash at mine but another friend of ours, at whose house he'd left his bag earlier, has got two spare rooms so he was going to stay there. For ages he was like "nah i'll just sleep on a bench in the park" but i made him promise he would actually stay at this other guy's house. got a text about half an hour after i'd left them saying my friend had left the other guy's house. so i went looking for him all over town but didn't find him.

something similar happened to me in glasgow once and i ended up calling the police and everything before my friend eventually turned up (about 9 hours after our plane had left).

A pretty stupid thing to do, right? Anything like this ever happened to you?
