He was in the year above me at school and in my boarding house. I knew him fairly well, know his sister a little better, but that's besides the point.

The amount of shit i have found out form him on the foreign legion is very wierd. He is wierd in fact. When he went he left a note under his sheet in his room at home that said 'finally you've stopped keeping my room as some creepy shrine and you've moved on' << that's wierd.
