I currently suffer from something that hypnotherapy has been recommended for as conventional medicine doesn't have anything to sort it.

I'm curious as to people on here's views regarding this. Have any of you had it personally or know someone who has?

Personally I used to be a bit sceptical, but there have been papers where it has been double blind and outperformed placebos. This is promising.

Any caveats too would be welcome!
