anyway, this has annoyed me and worries me greatly.

whatever about the pernickety points about those on income support and all issues with that, with regards to incentives and rah rah.

to me, this is a sad and possibly significant act at the start of the boris johnson mayoralty(mayoralty?).

the fact that maybe he does not give one shit about those who struggle the most in the capital.
