"I'm great, me"
'In the week I buy the Guardian, whose viewpoint I largely share, and flick through the Sun sometimes when I'm fishing for content for my show.'
Firstly, yet another reason to avoid the Guardian. Secondly, I have no doubt whatsoever that the second part of this snippet is 100% accurate.
The trouble is, what proportion of the 6Music audience is comprised of Sun readers? I'm guessing it's pretty low.
from a self-confessed Guardian reader like yourself, this is a confusing comment
It reads like the internet and a bunch of blogs.
"I also like Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie. They do this surrealist banter and our show, too, is pretty surreal - it is probably a bit dafter than theirs, in fact."
I think the major difference isn't that it's "a bit dafter" that theirs is worth listening to, while your show is a big pile of wank.
