simple really, choose me a film:
Charlie Bartlett= 4th rate Rushmore
Doomsday= insanity, 80s style carnage (fun)
Indy= mighty fun, slightly mental,
Iron Man= best comic film since Spiderman 2
Speed Racer= Day-glo dogturd. Not even Ricci makes it worthwhile
'If you like Juno, you'll love Charlie Bartlett!'
I know loads about film, me.
better than all the above
so definitely Iron Man because it is very entertaining.
Doomsday is FUCKING SHIT and uber-cliched (the baddies all dress like bad goths and listen to shitty synthy-industrial music played on scrapyard junk). The trailer looked awful and it lived down to all expectation. The only positives are that there is plenty of violence and the pace is fast.
the colours, man!
back to back.
indy last night. Worth watching. Keep your expectations low though.
unless you want to feel sick. I saw Indiana Jones at work yesterday, and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Obviously it has its flaws (especially the bizarre ending), but it was easy watching. I didn't enjoy Iron Man much, and haven't seen the rest.
